Steel Coils and Sheets Packing
There are two types of coils packaging. One is the pre-packaging. It asks workers to tie up the coil with 1 to 3 steel strips. Generally, it fits for the hot rolling and chill coils, as well as those coils transported in short-distance and good condition. The other one is precision packaging. And it requests workers to wrap the coil with different packing materials to finalize the design. It suits the cold rolled steels,color coated steel, galvanized steel, galvalume steel.

Packing materials
There are many kinds of packing materials, such as anti-rust papers, plastic bags, inner algams, outer algams, inner paper angle beads, outer paper angle beads, endshields, inner iron angle beads. The effect of packing materials is as follows.
1. Antirust papers
It has dual anti-corrosion performance. And the composite structure is more than 3 layers, which could prevent corrosion, as well as water leakage and moisture.
2. Plastic bags
It wraps the surfaces of anti-tarnish papers to prevent waterproof
3. Inner and outer algams
It protects the coils, anti-tarnish paper and plastic bags
4. Thick plastic plates
They reduce the impact of swing on coils
5. Inner and outer iron angle beads
They protect the margins of the coils.
6. Inner and outer paper angle beads
They protect the rust prevention paper from scratching.
7. Binding cushions.
They fit for the pneumatic lock binders.
8. Circumference bindings.
There are 3 circumference bindings. The 2 lateral bindings could fix the outer iron angle beads, and the middle one is used to fix the eye bindings.
9. Eye bindings.
There are 4 or 6 eye bindings to fasten the coils.
