How To Install Detachable Container House
Step 1 Base installation Installation method:
chassis with corner head connection, with carriage screws fixed, connected with a tape measure to pull diagonal correction, after correction tightening screws.
Step 2 Column Installation Method:
4 columns are mounted on the base corner post, screwed, not fastened first, to be installed on the top beam after the correction of vertical fastening screws.
Step 3 Top beam installation method:
First, install 4 corner head on the column, install screws, and then 4 top beams on the angle head, and then correct the verticality of the angle column, tighten all screws.
Step 4 Lower bottom tube installation Installation method:
4 x 8 square tube and 8 x 8 square tube spaced on the chassis clip (8 x 8 in the position of two floor joints), install screws, note that both ends of the square tube must be stuck in the card.
Step 5 Wall board installation method:
side wall panel, a window in the middle of the rear wall, a door and a window in the front wall.
Step 6, top plate installation installation method:
1.First install the top plate, with flat head self-tapping nail fixed. 2.Sticky sealing tape, frame edge sewing out with 10cm sealing tape sealing, two roof seams with 5 cm tape sealing.
