How is galvanized sheet classified according to production and processing?
Galvanized sheet can be divided into two categories according to the production and processing methods:
(1) Electrogalvanized sheet: the zinc ion obtains electrons through the electrolyte containing zinc ions through the electrolyte containing zinc ions, and zinc is deposited on the surface of the strip to produce galvanized sheet.
(2) Hot-dip galvanized sheet: a galvanized sheet produced by dipping cold continuous rolling or hot-rolled steel strip into molten zinc liquid on a continuous hot-dip galvanizing production line.
Hot zinc can be divided into hot zinc plating according to the form of coating:
hot-dip pure galvanized sheet: the zinc content in molten zinc liquid is greater than 99%.
Hot-dip galvanized ferroalloy sheet: the zinc content in molten zinc liquid is greater than 99%. After that, a zinc-iron alloy layer is formed on the entire coating by alloying treatment process, and the iron content in the alloy coating is usually 7~15%.
Hot-dip aluminum-zinc sheet: the content of aluminum in molten zinc liquid is about 55%, the content of silicon is about 1.6%, and the rest of the composition is zinc.
Hot-dip galvanizing and zinc iron alloy have excellent properties, such as corrotion resistance, molding , coating and so on.
