China has decided to remove the export tax rebates on 23 kinds of steel products commencing Aug. 1, according to a Jul 29 joint announcement from China’s Ministry of Finance and State Taxation Administration.
“
Since May 1, some export tax rebates for steel products have been cancelled. This time another batch of steel products to cancel the export tax rebate.
The 23 products cover cold-rolled, galvanized, galvalum, oriented silicon electrical steel, seamless casing and catheter. The HS codes of the affected steel items including 72091510, 72091590, 721091610, 72101710, 721091790,72091810, 721091890,72101200,72103000,72104900,72106100, 72251100, 72251900, 72255000,72259100,72259200,72261100,72261900,73021000,73042910,73042920 and 73042930, Powerson Metal learnt from product list attached to the announcement. The implementation time bases on Customs Declaration Time.
