1. Lateral bubbles
Characteristic
There are paintings between the two sides. After the baking, the bubbles occur.
The causes
There are many burrs in raw materials. It leads to the raw materials stained with paintings. And people could find the crevices among the two sides.
2. Pocking Mark
Characteristic
Sometimes, the eyewinker or dust sneaks into the coating. And people could find the thing, like small rice protrusions, on the surface.
The causes
There are other kinds of paintings.
There are eyewinkers.
The harmful bath occurs during the pre-treating process.
3. Orange peel
Characteristic
The dry surface coatings will be like the orange zest, rough, and asymmetry.
The causes
The wet film is too thick.
The viscosity is too upper.
